Sabbia Valley sits within the borders of Brescia Province,right nex to Trentino Alto Adige (North), Garda Bresciano Area(East), and Trompia Valley (West).

"Coccinella B&B " is located right in the heart of Ponte Caffaro village, part of Bagolino Council, a peaceful community at the summit of Sabbia Valley. Our cosy property is only 400m from the Lake of Idro, 368m above sea level, the highest lake in Lombardy. The lake is ideal for wind surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, canoeing and fishing. Along its shores there are many peaceful footpaths and cycle tracks, over 20km length, offering the opportunity to enjoy nature and beauty. The ski resort of Gaver, Maniva, Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio are 30/50 minutes by car. In the summer  you can engage with walking, hiking and climbing. In winter you are offered a wide range of winter sports: downhill skiing, cross country, snowboarding, ice climbing and snow walking. Ponte Caffaro and Bagolino are well known villages for their traditional carnival in February and their  typical locale cuisine.

- from  Brescia  Montichiari  airport: head towards “Lago di Garda”, Salò direction. Take the “Statale del Caffaro” road n.237 direction Madonna di Campiglio and follow for “ Lago di Idro” – Ponte Caffaro.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

-          Guests' check-in times are, every day of the week, between 8.30 and 10.00 or from 16.00 to 21.00

-          WiFi access point;

-          In case of morning check-in, we wish to inform our guests that they might need to access their rooms after cleaning operations have been completed; we always endevour to carry out cleaning operations as professionally and quickly as possible to allow minimum waiting time.

-          In case of 1 week stay, bath towels will be changed every 3 days. Different arrangements upon request.

-          Due to health and safety regulations, it is strictly forbidden to use electrical or gas heating/cooking tools in the bedrooms or any other area of the B&B; special needs can be accommodated upon previous agreement and strict supervision.

-          No smoking permitted inside the building; smokers can use the garden and terrace.

-          No pets allowed on the premises.

-          The day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am. A different check-out time can be agreed in advance, but may not always be possible.

-          Booking procedures are as follows; after agreeing on the period and number of guests, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount shall be paid via banks or post office. The receipt of such payment shall be faxed to us, as way of confirmation. Here our bank details: DATI BANCARI – SWIFTBIC, EBAN & INDIRIZZO BANCA.

-          The remaining 50% of the payment shall be paid in cash upon arrival.

-          Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Should a booking be cancelled up to one week before arrival, then the deposit is refunded in full (minus postal or banks transfer charges ). Should the booking be cancelled at a notice shorter than a week ‘s time, the deposit will not be refunded.
